Some time back, they even dropped direct support aside from some very special exceptions. Request are often not understand and read at all and one has to repeat the same message several times until receiving a useful answer. Unfortunately on top of this and like with many other big or at least bigger companies, they have a really bad communication behaviour. ![]() It takes literally AGES sometimes until bugs are fixed or updates are made. ![]() When they started developing games, everything was getting even worse since it seems they have put all their ressources in this development branch now. On the other hand, there are so many so unneccessary downsites with this company that i akso ask myself if they really care about anything at all in the end. It is REALLY hard to rate Stardock! :-/ On the one hand, they have really useful and handy tools that mostly do what they should especially "Fences" and "Start11" (and it predecessors) are my favorites.
